GROUP CLASSES
"With the best intentions, the job of acting can become a display of accumulated bad habits, trapped instincts and blocked energies. Working with Tom…to untangle the wires has given me sightings of another way. Mind and body, work and life together. Real imaginative freedom”— Alan Rickman

Actors require a keen and reliable awareness of themselves. They must understand if they are helping or hindering their performance. The Alexander Technique provides a unique method for actors to become aware of harmful habits that interfere with performance, prevent and transform those habits to create a free, open and vibrant performance. Tom combines his expertise as an Alexander Technique teacher and over 30 years of theater experience to help performers improve their breathing coordination and vocal production, create the physical life of the character with ease, allow greater emotional availability and expression.
